These shipping labels are perfect to print your customers' shipping addresses and work with direct thermal printers including our Hero Shipping Label Printer.
Previously, you had to peel off labels before composting. This is no longer the case! Introducing HEROLABEL rolls! These labels are compostable.
They are branded so that your customers know that they are compostable. We also have our NEW Express Post design so you no longer need to apply plastic Express Post tape to your packages!
Our HEROLABEL rolls got an upgrade! The adhesive is way more adhesive-y and sticks a lot better to most surfaces! They still are completely compostable.
PLEASE NOTE: If you have used our labels in the past, you may notice our newer labels have a slightly shinier finish which improves direct thermal label printing performance.

Compatible printers:
HEROLABEL rolls work seamlessly with Hero Printer and other direct-thermal printers which can have a label width of 100mm or more. When selecting a new direct-thermal shipping label printer, simply ensure:
- Printer is direct-thermal
- Printer handles a label width of 100mm or more.
- Printer accepts label rolls with 40mm cores and doesn't require any other fixtures.
Please note: these are not suitable for Dymo 4XL printers, as Dymo restricts customers to purchasing their own branded labels which are not compostable.
Important information about our compostable HEROLABEL adhesive:
The compostable adhesive used on our HEROLABEL rolls is non-toxic and safe for composting. This also means the adhesive is not as aggressive as toxic adhesives which aren't compostable. HEROLABELs have been designed and specifically tested to work with our HEROPACK shipping mailers which have a flat surface. If you're shipping with cardboard cartons, it's best to trial 1 roll of HEROLABELs first to ensure they provide a strong hold on your cartons (some cartons have more uneven surfaces than others).
Here is the ideal technique we have found to work perfectly using HEROLABELs:
1. Lay the HEROPACK mailer on a flat surface BEFORE inserting your products.
2. Apply the HEROLABEL and flatten out with your hands/fist to achieve a good application, especially on the edges and corners. Be sure to run your finger over the edges to stick the label down completely.
3. Insert the products into your HEROPACK mailer as usual.
4. Seal the HEROPACK as usual.
After 5-10 minutes the compostable adhesive on the HEROLABEL reaches maximum strength.
Issues may arise when the product is inserted first and then the labels applied afterwards (as the surface is not flat for the label to stick perfectly).

Same-day dispatch for orders placed before 12pm AEST/AEDT on business days. All other orders ship the next business day. Holiday trading hours may differ — check our website for the latest.
Australia Post is currently delivering as normal. Choose Express Post at checkout if you need products quickly. Sydney customers also have same-day delivery options at checkout.
Some delivery delays may apply. Please allow extra time and check your tracking link before contacting us. Keep buffer stock on hand to avoid running out.
Orders placed before 12pm AEDT on a business day are dispatched same day. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Our order system is highly automated — we cannot amend or change orders once placed under any circumstances. If you need to return mailers, please see our returns information below.

All custom orders begin with a PDF proof — allow 2–3 business days. Printing only starts after you approve the proof. All timings below are from proof approval.

Orders shipped outside Australia are classified as imports in the destination country. You are responsible for paying any applicable import duties and taxes to clear customs.
The shipping carrier will contact you using your order details. If duties are not paid, the shipment will be diverted to commercial composting and cannot be returned. No refunds apply in these cases.
If you've purchased the wrong size or no longer need your mailers, you may be able to return them for store credit within 14 days of purchase. No change-of-mind returns are accepted after this period due to the shelf life of our mailers.
Sometimes things don't go to plan — and we'll always make it right. Resolutions can include product replacements, store credits, or refunds.
If you have a product issue, please contact us for instructions. We'll generally ask for photos or a short video of the issue to provide the fastest possible resolution.
When a product is out of stock it may move to a pre-order listing. This will be clearly noted on the product page and in your order confirmation.
If you order a pre-order item alongside in-stock items, your entire order is held until pre-order stock is available. We cannot partially ship orders.
Tip: Place pre-order and in-stock items in separate orders to avoid delays.
