PLEASE NOTE: If you send us your logo, please ensure that it is a vector file to ensure that there is no pixelation. Our production team will print the artwork you send so double check and triple check your artwork!

• Full-colour printing (bright, bold and strong colours) or white boxes - select "White Kraft" or "White & Brown Kraft Mix"
• Black boxes, brown kraft boxes or dark colour printing - select "Brown Kraft"

We are proud to source our board, make the boxes and print the boxes in Australia. The printing and manufacturing is all done in our Sydney warehouse. Local printing means faster turnaround times, more flexibility and a lower carbon footprint! Printing times depend on the quantity ordered. Check out our latest custom-printing dispatch times here.

Printing Turnaround Time

Once you place your order, we will send a PDF proof to you within 2-3 business days. Once approved, our turnaround time for manufacturing and printing your boxes will be 7-8 business days. In peak season, approvals and printing may be extended by 3-4 days. If you have more than 300 boxes, we can split this up into smaller shipments as you need them.

We have an MOQ of 25 boxes and while we believe that the price per unit is fantastic, the unit price per box decreases the more you order. Basically, the higher the quantity of custom boxes, the bigger the discount per box!

CUSTOM SIZES AVAILABLE! Simply select "Custom Size" in the 'Size' drop-down menu and enter your custom box dimensions*. 
*Custom sizes do have some size limitations due to the machinery we use. 

Mailing/Shipping Box Details:

• 100% Recycled cardboard shipping box - made from Australian post-consumer paper.
• Boxes are in Kraft Brown, Kraft White or Kraft White/Brown Mix.
• Boxes are fully recyclable
• Boxes are shipped to you flat packed
  
• Made with corrugated cardboard between 2.2mm (stronger than E-flute) and 3mm (B-flute) in thickness. These thicknesses are generally 35-85% thicker than other mailing box suppliers. 
• Manufactured and printed by the Hero Team in Sydney, Australia.
